Good evening, There’s quite a bit about this shop that could be said over the course of knowing it for about a year. The vibes of the shop can change a lot, but in good nature. I scheduled a hand and a forearm tattoo all the way back in February of this year, okay. The hand was suppose to be a hydra and the forearm was a rainbow king snake. I’m glad that scheduling an appointment was simple because I was recommended to a specific artist from another individual for his realism and black/white work. A down payment was set of $200 to make sure that all was said and good. Keep in mind, together the tattoos were $1000. As 3 weeks went by, I went in for my appointment and the artist was late, by like 15 minutes. I thought, ā€œwell this is okay because the owner knows that he’s late so hopefully everything will be okay.ā€ So the artist shows up and says, ā€œOh well you wanted a hand tattoo of a hydra, but that can’t work on the handā€. So waiting 3 weeks and a down payment, just to be told it wasn’t gonna work. Figured that it was crazy the artist didn’t have anything sketched up or drawn for the tattoos. So then, another artist in the shop designs the snake tattoo through a tablet for the forearm along with another tattoo which is the plague doctor on my hand now. As the designs are set to a stencil, the main artist demands the other $800 as he is working on me with the tattoo gun. I figured once the stuff was done, then it was time to pay but it seems that the shop needs the money before they even complete any artwork. The artist would take a smoke break every hour instead of working through the line work. I was also informed that the artist working on me would drag pieces/sessions out just to obtain extra funds. Regardless, the session took from start to close, with the artist coming in late to begin with. After the first session and some healing time, there was noticeable spots on the tattoos that were either untouched or had a line connected to a wrong spot. He did say touch-ups were free, and I would hope so for $1000. I went back 2 other times in the span of less than 4 months because he couldn’t finish the touch-ups. What I still couldn’t understand, the artist was late to all 3 appointments. I did still tip for every session, with the 1st being $100 and going to $20 on the 3rd session. I would not recommend going to Matt, as my last experience was enough. Everyone in the shop is nice, I just would not go to the artist again. Overall, I spent $1200 for a forearm and hand tattoo. The photos are from 8 months on the skin

The best tattoo shop I've ever been in. Great atmosphere. Great people. Awesome tattoos. Every time I go in it's such a great environment. They're always hyping up new customers and old customers talking about new tattoo designs, old tattoos And they do some absolute works of art. I'll never go anywhere else for a tattoo.

Had a wonderful experience, everyone was super nice, chill and easy to talk to. The shop was clean and welcoming. Jay was awesome and I’m very pleased with his work and Matt was amazing and did a great job on my navel piercing. We will most definitely be back in the future!

My boyfriend Mike and I had the pleasure of meeting this crew at the Milwaukee tattoo festival. Drawn in by the incredible energy these people brought to the table, as well as the artistic talent, I was fortunate to be able to book with them. They went above and beyond for me, creating a custom piece that was a memorial that incorporated tarot. Matt helped me figure out where and what I wanted, explaining his professional opinion and had the lightest touch while tattooing. The day was already a hard day for me, with the anniversary of the death of my cat that was so important to me, and the busy nature of the tattoo festival, but it went by fast and with laughs. They treated us like friends/family, and they even stayed late to finish up my tattoo. My tattoo turned out phenomenal, I love it so much. The attention to detail and the realism of this piece is insane!

I am so thankful to this group from Immortal Keep and PJ from Geek Ink (who did a wonderful job on my boyfriends tattoo and was with us for all the stories and laughs.) thank you all for making a hard day wonderful, you are all amazing and we are looking forward to getting our next tattoo...

I don't ever get online and complain about a business, but they sold me multiple jewelry pieces earlier today. I spent $80 on 5 pieces of jewelry. I was under the assumption that the jewelry I was buying was all nose piercings. I get home, and I realize that all the gauges on the pieces of jewelry are too big. My little sister calls and they said they can take them back and refund me the money for them. I come back just now to see about the refund, they now tell me they cannot refund my money. Additionally, none of the pieces are for nose piercings. They are for lip, cartilage, and something else, that I very clearly don't have.

Don’t buy any jewelry here unless you ask them what pieces are for what piercing because they will not refund...
