Worst company I've dealt with in a long time. Summary is that they came out 3 times, charged me over $800, and were not able to fix my treadmill.
First time they diagnosed the problem to be the lower control board. Said it was no longer available and needed to be sent out for repair for $300. That plus the $140 service call fee already was more than I wanted to spend, but I went ahead. They came back to install it, charged me another $140 service call, and it still didn't work. Now they said they needed to order a new motor. That was $233, which had to be paid up front. I made the mistake of going ahead with that, since I was already out almost $600. Then they came and installed the motor, and it still didn't fix the problem. I said at that point that I was ready to give up and they should just take the motor back and refund my money. They refused. Said they wouldn't take it back and would charge me more labor to even take it back out again. The only saving grace was that they didn't force me to pay another service call fee (which now went up to $160 for some reason) for the third visit.
UPDATE: So yes now they are asking me to pay another $160 for not fixing my treadmill. So, no saving grace at all for this company. STAY AWAY! (And they lied in their response - at no time did the tech recommend not fixing...

After first "fix", the treadmill began slipping. when we called to report this, he became defensive & blamed us. on 2nd visit - 6 weeks later- he was defensive again, told us we were "Yelling at him" & said "get another company". he wrote illegible/non-sensical receipt after 1st "fix" (this is word for word)- "customer felt tired the speed if still off she said had had the machine for 6 years & it had to be put on 6.2 for it to run" ??
He also said he told us to call the warranty company & ask for a 3rd other part. I took notes of our phone call - said he would call. (each time he is challenged by something, he gets defensive and argumentative.)
His first visit here he told me "you can't test the speed of a treadmill unless you have a radar gun" - (huh?). When I had to call back & say the treadmill was now slipping after his "repair", I told that to the office. The tech got defensive and said he never said that. How/why would a customer make that up?

Reason for 2 star review, called to have them come out move a treadmill, ended up doing myself. Forgot to cancel service, they informed me I owed a 35$ cancel fee. They never invoiced me for the that, so couldnt send a payment to them. Ended getting an invoice 3 months later for the 35$ and 3 late charges. Be aware they wont contact you to tell you if you owe them money nor will they contact you if you owe them any balance to inform you that you owe them money.
Respone to reply That is ironic that you state you you mailed an invoice but dont send paper copies, then I should have more than 1 invoice in my inbox for these service charge, which I dont. As well you stated in my email correspondence from this morning that you dont show my wife or I contacting you for the last 3 months. Which is it, you show us reaching out or you dont show us.
