We went last night (5/10/25) for our first time after a recommendation from a friend. The good -- salad was fresh and tasty. The dill ranch was delicious. My husband got a cauliflower pizza which is hard to find, and I had the aloha. Both were good, but not worth the 2 hour wait. The bad -- I believe it was a staffing issue but we got there around 5:15pm and the restaurant was full with two dirty tables. We went to one dirty table and began the 'pick up' process. We wiped it ourselves. Waitress got our drinks but our order wouldn't be taken for another 30 minutes. We didn't mind as it was a date night and we were enjoying company and people watching. After being there for an hour, I noticed there were at least 4 kitchen workers and only one front of house worker. The kitchen workers never came out to help front of house worker. A lady named Becky showed up about an hour and 15 minutes in to our visit and started busting butt trying to catch things up, but it was already rough. I believe the initial server was new as she was doing 'food lottery' asking every table 'is this yours?' 'Did you order this?' And admitted she didn't know her table numbers well yet. Another lady, a red head, showed up shortly after Becky, and started busting tables, making tea, and washing up dishes. Food was good, but not worth the long wait. I understand staffing shortages and have many years restaurant experience myself. Becky and the red headed lady absolutely came in and helped but by the time they got help, the train was already going off the rails. By the time we got our food, ate part of it, boxed most of it, we didn't check out and leave until just shy of 8pm. We will be back but probably not another Saturday night dinner. I don't typically elaborate this much but I see the owner responded to past reviews and asked others to elaborate.

My family eat here last night 1-02-2021 after hearing good reviews, unfortunately we didn't enjoy our experience. First we entered and sat ourselves then waited 10 minutes before the waitress came over, they were not busy so we were frustrated with the wait. We also watched customers who came in after us be waited on before us. We then were brought menus but no kids menu's and we had 2 children. Next the kids soda and wifes water was brought but i had to wait about 5 minutes more for a glass of Guinness which was flat and i had to ask for a different product. Once we ordered the food arrived fairly quickly but we were very unhappy with the portions. For 8 dollars i received 6 wings that were not good. My wife had the greek saled which was good but for 6 dollars not very large. We ordered a kids spaghetti which was served on a plate the size of a coffee saucer . This was for my 2 year old which he eat in about 5 bites and was still hungry the spaghetti was 6 dollars. My other son got a kids pizza which was very good and also 6 dollars . My wife and i ordered a pizza with unlimited toppings we ended up choosing 5 toppings, for 13 dollars expecting it to be large enough for both of us it wasn't. It amounted to 6 or 7 small slices it was barely bigger than the kids pizza at twice the cost. Now the food was good very good but the small servings left us spending 50dollars and all still hungry. So for a family looking to keep costs down i can't recommend them. Our waitress was poor especially when they weren't busy and small portions at a large cost. ... if money is not an issue then i will say the food was good but youll need to spend big to leave with a...

This ain't no disco It ain't no country club, either This is Pizza 101 South.

Leave your pre-conceived ideas of what a pizza joint "should be" at the door. This is a world-class European-style village pizza diner, cleverly disguised to keep out the riff-raff.

All pizzas are baked in their WOOD-FIRED STONE oven!

All pizzas are 12". For just $16 you can design a custom pizza - choose your sauce, choose your cheese, choose as many of their toppings as you want. Amazing! For three more dollars you can make it a gluten-free pizza with a delightful cauliflower crust! Crazy!

Based on the menu which offers 11 sauce choices, 5 cheese choices, a Cauliflower crust option, and ANY COMBINATION of 23 toppings, there are only 922,746,880 possible pizza options to choose from. To be clear, that is just shy of 1 billion potential pizza possibilities.

Be advised, Pizza 101 South is for adults. Just like their pizzas, your experience is what you make of it. Seat yourself. If you choose a dirty table, you may need to clean it yourself. If the server doesn't recognize you, then she may not notice you for a long time. If you want faster service, get up and introduce yourself with genuine humility. However, if they sense impatience, that may be seen as disrespect. Enter with humility and patience, lest they have to teach you respect.

If you are looking for the typical American-style fast-food experience, go...
