Tells me he could fix my issue after I explained the situation. Then proceeds not to help. Ends up using the most basic cop out ever. Quite disrespectful. I guess dude only wants to push the easy button all the time.

Will not recommend.

This "business owner's" response to me never being in his/her store is defamation of my character. I have messages proving that I have been in contact with this "business owner." Everything I have said in my review has been completely accurate.

Also, this "business owner" has stalked me down on social media to make contact with me. Further implying that I must be lying.

IF, this "business owner" doesn't take down this defamation and issue an apology, I will proceed with court. That's when I will show the text messages.

EDIT #3

"Business owner" has been repeatedly harassing me on Facebook messenger. When I demanded the harassment stop, he kept using the childish terms "block me," "block me" over and over again.

"Business owner" has also stated the following during the harassment:

"I see you walking past my house all the time"

"I know your family"

"You have split personalities"

Really offered 10 dollars for an Xbox Series Controller. 🙄🤣

EDIT: noticed that in the past 3 weeks ive been getting alot of likes due to the other fellas situation with Russel. Id like to point out that he had done a very similar thing to me when i left my bad review on here. He blew up my phone going off on me trying to get me to take down my review. Fortunately i didnt wanna hear it and i had just up and blocked him. The way he was talking to me at the time, i have no doubt in my mind that he wouldve gone much farther. He was going off telling me that reviews like this mess with his reputation.

Russel if you dont like that these reviews damage your reputation maybe you should take notice of it and try to be a better person/business owner. You dont get to blow up on people for leaving a bad review on your business. We had a bad experience, we left bad reviews. Plain and simple. You can do better. Be better.
