NM 12 VOLT — Local services in Bosque Farms

I'm from Texas and my car had been giving me problems with the Drone Mobile and CompuStar remote start. It was installed by a big box store and me taking it home oe even to Albuquerque for repairs was going to be extremely hard with my hectic work schedule. I find this company on Drone Mobile's website as an authorized retailer/installer. I called them and they got me in right then. Carlos told me what he would do before charging any money and try to find my problem. He fixed a few wires, rebooted/flashed/programmed my DroneMobile and got it and the CompuStar remote start back to working. I feel he charged a reasonable amount and was extremely friendly. Also has several different setups for car audio and lighting which I didn't need at this time lol. Thank you Carlos and NM 12 Volt for the help. I needed help with getting a new radio installed in my motorhome. I went to the store 3 times. Twice with my 35' motorhome. The second time I drove there with my motorhome I had my car attached so I wasn't able to backup. I arrived at the store and the area to pull off the main road was blocked. My appointment was at 9am, the owner arrived 15 minutes late after I called. They moved the truck and instructed me to turn the motorcoach around, which I did. Driving up to the store again the pull-off area was blocked again. I called the owner and he stated he thought I left and doesn't want to do the job anymore. I made myself clear from the beginning that it involves a motorhome. Now, I would have been perfectly okay with that if he told me that the day before when I was there to evaluate the situation. Great service all around. There’s a lot of items in stock ready to go but I wanted something specific and the part was ordered for me. Everything arrived very quickly and he scheduled for me to come in the very next day. He even wired everything on his end ahead of time so by the time I came to the shop the part was able to be installed in 30 minutes! Super friendly, very easy, and skilled work.
