Counter Culture Airline Dr. — Local services in Bossier City

We were traveling out of town for Memorial Day weekend. I grew up eating this yogurt. I had a guest with me who had never had it. I was excited to let her try only to find out that they turned off their yogurt machine almost a complete hour before closing time. In that time we were there, at least 6 customer groups that came only to find that the machine was off and serving no yogurt. Note to owners, if you are going to post operating hours then you should serve your complete menu during those hours. In this case, you lost at least 6 customer groups. Bad business. I love the yogurt, but operating hours are for a reason. I understand, if your machine is not working that is different. You cannot serve folks. But to turn it off an hour before closing, not good business. Next time I come to town, I am going to have to call and make sure your open or serving yogurt before coming your way. It was a 15 minutes extra trip to come there, only to find it not...

Unfortunately, this is the worst location. My mother & I go here from time to time and we always have a problem with this location. Today's experience was the worst of them all. My mother ordered a medium cup of yogurt with honey and pecans. She specified that she would like the pecans on the top & bottom but not extra toppings. The cashier did not do what she asked...He put a few pecans in the middle and a little honey around the sides of the cup. She was charged $3 extra (as you can see on the receipt) so we went back to the drive through to talk to someone about it. He rudely said that he did what she asked & proceeded to hand her an empty cup to dump her yogurt in so he could prove that he added lots of pecans. She declined and drove off. First time trying and will be the last, nothing special here. Chopped chicken sandwich wasn't anything more than bland chunks, egg salad was a skimpy thin line....and each cost $10...thats redicouls. On top of that they charged an extra dollar each for (stale) bread even though the menu clearly states $1 upcharge is only for a wrap... Why charge on bread to? What other options do you have?? Unfortunately the workers & manager couldn't explain but offered my $2 backs. My advice rather was to understand why you are charging many others and advertise appropriately. Giving them a chance to redeem themselves I ordered the signature Humphrey and equally wasn't impressed. They claim fresh fruit but it was ordinary canned ingredients...nothing special to justify the $8. Prices were high all around for nothing really special and that's...
