Altitude Trampoline Park — Attraction in Bossier City

On Sept 11, 2022 I had my sons birthday party and I was very unsatisfied with the service. My hostess introduced herself but was never present. She was too busy working the front counter. She messed up my order on the pizzas so we didn't get what we wanted. I started to serve the pizza and one of the boxes was missing half of the pizza. They did offer to replace the pizza but who has time? The room is only for two hours and one hour had already passed. The lady at front counter said she would offer a discount for the incident. After eating cake I began to clean up and went to counter to pay. I ask the lady at counter for help cause I needed to get everything to car. She gets my absent hostess to help. The hostess rolls a cart over to me put the cake on it and then went back behind the counter and started stocking drink items. No one helped me to bring out items to car. I expressed the lack of help to the lady checking me out but all she said was oh and preceded to give me my total. I was understanding behind the messed up pizza order and the fact that half of one of the pizzas was already gone but when she didn't help me to my car I got highly upset. So you just don't want to be a hostess at all. No tip left, and No I won't be having or recommending any birthday...

1st visit - we paid for only 1 hour -as a trial run to see if our child would enjoy it; Outcome = Yes, he did. Everything was great except their website says pizza avail. but that's not 'technically' true or false..they take your order and order from Johnny's for you.. then Johnny's delivers several orders at once...but they do have bottle water and drinks + a few flavors of Icee and candy on site, as well a few arcade games and massage chairs. They advertise a ninja course but this is an add on available but not included with your open jump package also they require you wear their branded altitude grippie socks which is an additional cost as well ...so be prepared to spend several dollars more than expected if it's your first visit. To save time waiting in line we visited their website & digitally signed their liability waiver and put our families' info into their system and upon arrival learned this did indeed save a lot of wait time. *some names/info blacked out on receipts...

My three girls, ages 11, 9, and 3 years old, and I went here today for a birthday party. I was beyond impressed. The staff was diligent about ensuring the rules were followed, being kind but to the point towards any kiddos not following those rules (although there weren't many that were!) I was allowed to jump with my 3 year old, which made her (and me) feel much more comfortable. The birthday package itself was fantastic, with a team member serving the pizza and cake to each guest while wearing food safety gloves that were changed often. The atmosphere was fun, the noise level was incredibly low, allowing the music (also at a perfect volume) to be heard and enjoyed. I will be going back here for parties for my kids, as well as just for fun! I believe trampoline parks often recieve a bad rap due to safety concerns. This is not one of those places in my opinion.
