Balentine Jewelers is by far the best jewelers my Husband and I have encountered. We first went there to get my old wedding set re-sized and were instantly met with professionalism and extreme friendliness. We've been to many jewelers before and none have been as friendly as Balentine jewelers. After we were finished with the re-sizing of my rings, we decided to look around just for fun at their jewelry. And we fell in love with their beautiful ring sets, necklaces & just the whole atmosphere of this establishment. The employees working here go above and beyond to make you feel important and to help you find the perfect jewelry. They are always smiling, striking up conversations, they don't pressure you while shopping and they give off an amazing vibe like you're famiIy. I now have a new wedding set that I am soo in love with. Makes me feel like a princess. My Husband and I will continue to come to Balentine Jewelers for as long as we are in this state for any of our jewelry needs. They are amazing !!

I've been using Balentine Jewelry Company since they were located by K-Mart. That was a long long time ago. I've never been disappointed with any work they have ever done for me and my family. I just picked up a custom ring Lee made for my son and it turned out gorgeous. Now he's working on a cross for us. I'm sure he won't disappoint there either. If you have a minute or two go by and check them out. They have a great selection of fine jewelry and if you can dream of something you want made talk to the ladies, I'm sure they can make it happen. They have a great turn around time also. They also replace watch batteries. So go by and see them.

Wow, it started off with a dream! I wanted to recreate a ring that my late Father had & I didn’t know how to start or where to go. A lifetime friend, & retired jeweler, told me that I had to go to Balentine’s! I was greeted by Alexis & the reality of the dream started. I met with Micheal & Lee & we came up with a plan. With Lee’s vision, Michael’s talents , Alexis’s undying patience with my calls & questions & all of the support I received during this process from the staff, today my dream has come true! My husband got me the most gorgeous necklace from Balentine for my birthday! Danielle helped him pick it out and she was so kind and he couldn’t say enough about how nice and helpful she was. I went back in the store shortly after to have them do some repair and maintenance on my wedding ring. I am truly amazed at how great it looked! Honestly, it looked so shiny and sparkly like it was brand new! Everything from the purchase of the necklace to the ring repair, the prices were very reasonable! Also, they were super fast at getting it back to me! Even more, they gave me a loaner band while they had it in their possession. I’ve never been anywhere that gives such excellent service ! I can’t wait to go back and find my next piece of jewelry. They have some beautiful jewelry and I would highly recommend them! Thank you Danielle...

Outstanding experience with Balentine - had a last minute issue with rings from another place and Balentine stepped in to save the day! Less than one week before our wedding, Balentine was able to help make a wedding band selection that matched with my unique family engagement ring and also do a custom modification to my ring to make it fit better. They did all of this in
