Super 1 Foods — Local services in Bossier City

My doctor called my prescription in yesterday & left the message on their voicemail BEFORE 4:00 pm. I called until 6:30 pm to see if I had anything called in & was told no. I called my doctor again this morning & was told they called it in yesterday but would call it in again. I called the pharmacy at 10:00 am & was told they weren't filling perscriptions until after 1:00 pm because the pharmacist was giving Covid shots & he/she was the only one who could get the messages off the voicemail. I am at the pharmacy ~ before 1:00 pm, NOONE waiting for a Covid shot, standing here waiting to be waited on & being totally ignored. I have been coming here for the last 10 plus years but I think today will be my last day entering this store but home office will know how I have been treated. I was just asked my name & the cashier not the pharmacist said she told me it wouldn't be ready until after 1:00 because they were giving Covid shots........still not one (1) soul getting a shot. It is 12:00 noon & my meds were called in 20 hours ago, no customers at the pharmacy but I'm still having to wait until 1:00?? This is the last...

had to stop there to get groceries and the service from the workers was superb I highly recommend the store and will definitely be visiting again the staff is very friendly and willing to help you find everything you need on top of that the store is clean and the aisles had everything that I needed in stock I was able to find all that I needed without much of a hassle and specifically Mauricio Castaneda and Mica Baker we're so helpful and so kind that I felt that I could not have picked a better store to find the things that I needed during this hard time that I am going through at the moment. Mauricio made sure I was able to find an alternative to what I was actually looking for in the store and was very friendly to me the whole time. Mica was very hard-working and checked me out even though I had so many things in her aisle and the whole time she was very sweet and she made sure that I had everything taken care of before I left both of them really made my day after what rough week and like I said I would highly recommend the Super 1 Foods and will be stopping by again. Typically big businesses are all about that big business. Well let me tell you a true fact. I've been using Super one's pharmacy for about 5 years now as well as shop there for groceries one day about 6 months ago I ran out of my blood pressure meds and my nerve meds it was three days before I got paid and I was broke I mean broke I went to the pharmacist and explained my situation and told him I only needed 6 pills of one and 3 of the other and told him I could be in there on Friday and get my prescriptions filled and pay him for the 9 pills then. Seeing that the two medications I was taking were a necessity for my health the manager of the pharmacy filled the 9 pills for me so the lack there of would not effect my health and that there made me a lifetime shopper of super1 foods and pharmacy.
