I’ve gone in here a couple of times and loved the service TYPICALLY. But as I went in to reorder dtf sheet the manager had come to help the girl with a question of if they can take cash. And she said no due to the ordering process it was frustrating but ok but when she asked about another card payment I told her no that I had no other form of payment. Hence, I said I would need to go get a temporary debit card. She then laughed at me (the owner.) And said you have no money I Told her I do not have any money on that particular account no and I explained to her that I’ll just have to get a temporary card I then went got the card came back to make the payment and to order it and needed help. Still, I explained to them I had brain cancer and sometimes understanding something is a little hard. The sister of the owner said well I have a disability too. I said I’m sorry that you’re going through that as I struggle with it as I then was trying to talk to her about the situation that had escalated from not knowing that that was the owner that had laughed at me she Then decided to say that I Was being unreasonable and told me to leave the store and told me I cannot place any orders from her store in the future. It saddens me as I have lived here in Louisiana from Colorado for one year and I have never been treated badly as I love this great state and I love all the people that I have come in contact With so it’s very devastating and sent me back on not only being discriminated feeling from my disability but also because I had no debit card on hand or credit card. What little does she know about my personal life, but only went on an assumption. for I won’t let just those two people bring me down. I went in for the first time and was greeted nicely had a lady help me since it was my first time. Explained to her that I need htv vinly and vinyl for decals. She pointed me in the right direction and I picked out my vinyl when I got to the register i asked one more time if this was vinyl for cups and decals and she said yes. I came home to figure out that in fact the 7 sheets I had bought for decals was not adhesive vinyl but heat transfer vinyl I called the store to see if I could exchange the vinyl since the worker had sold me the wrong material. I was told they cant do exchanges. So even though I asked the worker several times what I needed and she is the one who told me wrong i am stuck with the wrong vinyl. I went in to the store and canceled this order before it was even started and the lady got irate with me for no reason so they will NEVER EVER EVER get my business again she even threatened to fire her workers for nothing horrible place no respect for customers nor employees‼️‼️‼️ they are nice until you need a refund/cancel an order if the customer isn’t coming to you with an attitude why come to them with one it doesn’t make sense.
