May Flower — Restaurant in Bossier City

I put an order in for a total (with delivery and tip) for $24.52 at 5:23 p.m. Apparently, I missed a called from them 3 minutes later. I called the unknown number at 5:39 and there was no answer. We waited until 6:42 p.m. before calling Mayflower to give them time to make the food and deliver. When I called, some young, arrogant female answered the phone and I explained that I was checking the status of my food. She said in the background yelling, "Oh this guy.....yeah its this guy..." and she mentioned that she tried calling me to let me know that I had to order $30 minimum if its over 9 miles. I said, "Let me check with my wife." and my wife said, just order double everything. I told the girl, "I'll take double my order." After we were off the phone, I went to check google maps and it said that I was 8.7 miles away. I called back to let her know that and she said its 9.3 miles away. I said that I can screen shot google maps and she said with an attitude, "Well...I can screen shot what I have and send it to you..." We were really hungry since we waited over 1 hour with no apology and lots of attitude from this amateur employee that I decided to cancel my order and take my business elsewhere. I told her that I did not appreciate her saying that she will screen shot her phone to show me that it was 9.3 miles and she said that she didn't appreciate me saying that to her in the first place. I told her that she does not know anything about customer service and hung up the phone on her. They will NEVER have my business again! They will RIP you off if you let them and their food is not that good anyways! ...

Terrible customer service. I placed a delivery order and after an hour and a half of waiting had to call and cancel. I couldn’t wait anymore because my small kids were hungry and crying for food. I suggested to the store manager that they give a courtesy call to their online orders if their kitchen is backed up and they know they’re gonna be late because 1 hour and 45 minutes from ordering to eating is too long. If I had known it was gonna be so long I could have supplemented my kids with snacks or something while waiting but I kept thinking “any minute now, it’s already been x amount of time!” I have 3 kids and my spouse is gone, I was hoping for an easy going night of no dishes and full bellies. I got crying, pb&js and 3 kids that were up way past their bedtime. Which cuts into my time. I did get a very half assed “yeah we’re backed up, sorry”. And that was all that was mentioned about it. So I guess at least there’s that. Probably not ordering...

I have never had a good experience here. Every time I order the food is either soggy, cold, and/or bland. Then only thing that was decent to eat was the fried to and even those have been soggy a few times. Gross. The last time I ordered from here the woman called me and was extremely rude to me and hung up on me twice. The order was for delivery and they refused to deliver it. My husband had to drive the broken truck to pick it and and they continued to fight him about the food and refused to give the tip back. We are only two miles away and they were just rude and difficult. I have given them many chances to redeem themselves from my poor experiences and every time they have failed. I will never come here again and will advise you...
