Cape Home Kitchen & Bath remodeled our 40- year old kitchen and bathrooms. From the moment we walked into their showroom and met Kristin and Jason, we felt heard and taken care of. The key aspect about working with them is that they listen and process in a very interactive way. Both of them are highly skilled, competent, patient, understanding, kind people who had incredible vision for our huge project. Their design went beyond anything we could have dreamed up. I loved how they provided a detailed plan complete with blueprints, timeframes for when to pick appliances for each room, a budget with a payment schedule and a computerized visualization of what the rooms would look like. I also appreciated the communication and updates throughout the whole process.

The vendors they sent us to are equally competent and skilled. They made the overwhelming decision journey so manageable. The same can be said for their whole team of contractors, electrician, plumber, carpenters- they are skilled, efficient, kind people.

They finished when they said they would, the budget they gave us was exact and the work they did was absolutely stunning. We are in awe of what they created. The functionality is remarkable, a lot of thought went into placement. They made a place that takes your breath away and made the act of preparing food feel good! And the bathrooms are equivalent to a spa! It's just amazing to me that it looks like the house was just always this way, which to me points to their proficiency in utilizing space, and says these are extremely gifted designers! We are just finishing up an entire first floor renovation with Cape Home Kitchen & Bath, complete with a new footprint, a knocked down wall to expand our living space, new kitchen, bathroom, etc. We were originally quoted 15 weeks for completion, but they were able to finish the project in 11-12 weeks which is unheard of. We couldn’t be happier with everything the entire team has done for us. From the beginning, Jason and Kristin were attentive, flexible and quick to respond to every question or concern we had. We have had numerous issues with other contractors in the area, but both Jason and Kristin put our minds at ease. Once our renovations began, Justin was the incredible; he remained in constant communication with us, was at the house daily managing every step of the process, keeping us looped in and going above and beyond for us the entire time. Full remodels are never easy especially when you’re living through it, but we thoroughly enjoyed having Heath and Justin and the entire team with us daily- they made the process so easy for us. Kristen and and Jason were friendly, personable, and impressively knowledgable from our first meeting until the last one upon completion of our kitchen remodel. We were able to choose our cabinets, flooring, hardware and more from their well-stocked showroom. Jason visited the site almost daily, checking on his teams and every detail. He talked us through many decisions, always patiently explaining our options. Every worker who came to our house was friendly and kept a tidy workspace. Our new kitchen is more beautiful than we could have hoped. Kristen designed an elegant room. She gave us the extra storage and working space we were looking for.
