The woman that I see most often working there was incredibly rude today. I was there today with my 5 yr who need to use the bathroom. When we came out looking for a trash can to throw away our paper towel (after washing our hands) we were face to face with this woman. She was irritated with us for using the bathroom “saying I was trying clean the bathroom, I was in the middle of cleaning.”(there was no sign say it was being cleaned) I say “oh sorry, I was just looking for a trash can.” To which she says “I’m not taking that!” Meaning, she thought I was trying to hand it to her, which I was not! I ask again for a trash can and she says snaps at me to throw a paper towel in the toilet. I got all this attitude just trying to exit the bathroom with my kid.
I did confront her after I made my purchase to tell her how rude she was to which she tried to justify by saying “you tried to hand me your trash!” Which I would never do. She needed a nap...

After I paid for the love seat she informed me that they would not help me load it I am 57 years old and can’t load a love sent alone. The man was nice but didn’t offer to help either. Luckily I had a friend also my age that was in Bowling Green at the time and came and helped me. Also there was a young nice couple that helped us as well. I won’t return to give them any...
