This is definitely a goto. It was clean, airy and bright — a place where you don’t mind waiting. Unfortunately sometimes tech repair shops feel a little dark and crowded but this was the exact opposite. My screen was fixed in about 30 minutes, very reasonably priced with a limited warranty. And a mocha latte was provided while I waited. Ed is awesome!!! Patient, personable and knowledgeable. I was especially impressed when a senior customer came in who had problems with her devices. After diagnosis, he clearly and patiently explained why they should not be repaired and offered suggestions for her to consider. It was support, not sales; attentive information, not pressure. Unfortunately, I have had a less than favourable experience with this store. After purchasing a cell phone from them and having it arrive damaged, I can't say I would recommend buying anything from them internationally. I waited months for them to find a resolution, and the resolution was "USPS has not provided any additional info in regards to package" so I was not getting any more help with returning the damaged device for a refund. Initially I had even just asked for a refund of the shipping costs, which were $28.96, and I realize they only refunded $9.45, not even half lol. I had to leave my review before leaving. This is twice they’ve fixed my iPhone 11. This time; screen trashed and a camera lense missing. Less than an hour I was back to pick up my phone working perfectly! Great customer service!! Great quality!! Great prices!!!!!
