Price Less IGA — Local services in Bowling Green

I will not be giving this store any more of my business due to an incident today.My check was declined today,and although the funds were in the bank,the female manager would not even try another check,I got a flat out No without her even thinking about it.She didn't even try to help.Most managers are kind and try to accommodate the customer, but this manager was very rude to me,I also asked another checker if there was a different manager that I could talk to,she kind of smirked and let me know she was not going to help.I am disabled and drove quite a piece to get there.I have went here several times,and I have all the checks to prove this.I feel like I was treated very unfairly and I encourage people to check out the stores you shop at.I had to leave a whole cart of groceries thanks to this rudeness of this manager.I am sure this company would not like to lose customers,but no one wants to go to a store that mistreat...

First time in an IGA and have mixed feelings. First, they had a lot of great deals on specific items and do have an app that lets you clip coupons. Then you just enter your phone # at checkout and the coupon clippings get applied. Good thing to do ahead of time. Now the contrary part of my review... I haven't really figured out if it's worth it or not as they claim to sell everything in their so at wholesale prices. So, with that said, they tack on an additional 10% to your final bill so they can make a small profit. As well, some things seem to be higher priced than other competitor stores that don't tack on an additional 10%. Definitely worth some items and not worth others, hence the mixed feelings. It's worth it if you plan ahead, check the add, clip the coupons on the app and weigh out the additional 10%. They are right next to an Ace Hardware, which is convenient if you need some tools or...
