I do not leave bad reviews, but giving 1 star is being very generous. I have never had such a bad experience at a restaurant as this one. After our order, later that night- 2/3 of the people were having bad stomach problems after eating this food. We stopped here to get queso fries. The girl asked what size we wanted, we placed an order for a large. When we got to the window, they quickly gave us the order and closed the window as soon as they could. We checked to make sure our order was correct and the amount of fries that we received was not even enough to fully cover the bottom of the fry box. we paid $12 for this. (It wasnât just 1 order, it was 3!!!!) we knocked on the window and waited for a girl to assist us, she said she could remake them again but they only came in 1 size and it would look the same. We asked if they could at least put enough in to cover the box, she said No!!!! Such a RIP OFF. The queso fries were drenched in ranch, did not have any queso flavoring at all. they were almost sour. The rest of the food that we got was freezing cold. We waited in line for almost an hour for this. People were leaving left and right because they werenât receiving service. The service was absolutely ridiculous. I love sonic, but this location needs to generously check the staff that they have working for them and confirm that the customers are receiving a meal worth paying for. The man who brought put my order to me heckled me for parking too far for his liking. He started yelling out halfway to my car about how there was so much space for me to park and continued to heckle me through our interaction. I tried to take it lightly (I thought he was trying to have some fun) and made a joke about how my tip (which he did thank me for, the only nice thing he said to me) was to cover him walking so far (read: literally an extra 15 seconds of his time) and he flat-out said âNo it wasnât.â As he was walking away from the vehicle he called back âNext time park closer.â
Listen, my entire job is customer service. I understand being inconvenienced by a customer. I understand I was parked further than was probably necessary, and I would have been maybe a little irritated myself if I was in his shoes. I just wanted to get some food after a long day. The very person hired to bring food out to me was here harassing me and getting irritated when I tried to save the atmosphere. Also like who cares if I parked too far for your liking?? Dawg you donât know why I chose to park there.
Just left such a bad taste in my mouth. You just donât speak to people like that, nevermind customers. I donât really care if people in customer service jobs smile or have a pleasant attitude but just donât repeatedly bring up the small thing a customer did to irritate...

Service1 â Food3 â Drive thru service is extremely slow, it's at least a 30 minute wait regardless of how busy they are. The parking lot is too busy to park and order without getting blocked in by cars in the drive thru. So it's not really convenient to park and order which often discourages me from visiting,as well as the fact that my order is always wrong and/or things are missing. I'm not sure if this is due to being short staffed or lack of training, maybe both? but I don't understand how my order repeatedly gets messed up time and time again,even when it's a simple order. Then I have to wait an additional 10+ minutes for it to be corrected and then ask for my missing sauces,straws, napkins, etc. That were never given to start with. For as long as I have to wait for my food. The entire order should be correct. It's very frustrating to have to hold up the line to make sure my order is correct or get down the Rd and realize it isn't,or that I'm missing items and don't have time to go back. I love Sonic.but I eat there less and less now. However,the food is great ONCE it's prepared properly. Unfortunately, I had to knock a few stars off for reasons stated above!
