Subway — Restaurant in Bowling Green

went through the drive-thru, ordered my sandwich toasted, and when I got home, it was iced cold. I used to work for Subway ,and made the trip plenty from this location to my house, so I know damn well how a toasted spicy chicken sandwich should be. The bread didn't feel toasted, chicken was iced cold, and cheese not melted (but you could tell it spent some seconds in the oven, as the edges of the inside were a little toasted). So, was pretty pissed that I had to deconstruct a sandwich that I paid for, and heat the chicken up...on a sandwich where the meat should be above 35 degrees....and I find a HAIR under the tomato. Also.... when someone orders jalapeños on their sandwich, they mean to put more than ONE on the damn thing! I used to manage a location, your job...

Do not go here! The woman that made my sandwich was super high, like she was nodding out, had her mouth open with her tongue hanging out the whole time! It was SOOO hot in there and a lot of the food looked like it had gone bad, I got ham and when she picked it up it was sooo watery it soaked my bread. She was rude and had attitude and I had to repeat myself at least 4 times every time I said anything because she wasn’t listening because like I said she was obviously high. They didn’t care whatsoever about what the customers think, I asked a question about it being so hot and they just laughed. They didn’t have name tags on so I didn’t get her name but she was a black woman with short straight hair with a little blonde in it. I’ll be going anywhere else...

Ordered ahead and customized order for all sandwiches ordered. Same order as I always get. Got to the store was told there was a lunch rush. Ok I'll buy that but then again I ordered 20 mins ahead of time to just grab and go. Took the girl making the Sandwiches until 15 mins after I was to pick up my order and because she did not read what was to be on a certain sandwich had to get her to remake and she tried to argue with a paying customer. Ordering ahead should have been made first not last. My money had been taken out at 11:44 am when I ordered. I know we are in a pandemic but if you want to keep customers and have them come back don't argue with a paying customer and follow the instructions on the receipt about what customers want and don't want...
