I have a very bad experience in this store. The front guy was so rude and arrogant. Yelling at people and claimed he was the owner and have the right to treat everyone the way he wants to. At the front desk my friend put some stuff on the desk to check out, the stuff was barely touched his hand but he claimed that my friend threw it at him for no reason. Even when my friend apologized he still insisted on talking so rude and claimed that we should go back to our country just because we speak another language that has nothing to do with him. My friends doesn’t speak English, they were only asking me to translate for them so they can know how much to pay for the stuff, he claimed that we were talking about him. He came to my face pointing his finger at me, and telling me that we have no right to speak on our language on his store, talking so loudly and even said that we should go back to where we came from. I love this store so much I no longer go to elegant beauty supply elegance wigs are not good they only last literally 2 to 3 times on your head and that’s it …..their wigs is top tier. I bought a few wigs from them and to this day it’s been a whole year the way it looks like I bought it the day before. I went in here the other day and the girl was so rude. She was not helpful, she had no idea what 'texturizing sea spray' was but was very quick to let me know they don't have that kind of stuff there while rolling her eyes and giving me a face as if she had just smelled the most offensive odor. I will never waste my time going back in there, even though I saw exactly what I wanted on the shelf. I'd rather travel further and pay more to not be treated in such a manner.
