Finally Antonacci’s Artisan Pizza Cafe has opened and what an incredible experience! The ambiance, welcoming staff, overall atmosphere, and the FOOD were amazing! We wanted to try everything on the menu as the ingredients of their pies sounded so flavorful, we couldn’t choose just one! We ended up trying the Emilia Romagna pie and the Piemonte and WOW! The burst of flavors within both pies were to die for! Both different in their own way, the sourdough bread takes the cake! The ingredients were true Italian imported freshness! You can tell the owner’s took their culture and pride to the next level! We couldn’t stop there and had to get dessert! The tiramisu was recommended, and didn’t disappoint! It was rich, melted in your mouth and had you craving for a second helping! I cannot wait to go back to try another selection of their incredible pizzas! We went to Antonacci Artisan Pizza the other night, and were WOWED! The pizza is authentic and delicious. Having lived in Italy for four years, my pizza bar is pretty high-no problems here! The portion sizes were generous, and cooked perfectly. The menu boasts pizza from the various regions of Italy and offers ingredient combinations I've not found at other "authentic" Italian restaurants.
