Artisans Salon - Hair Rocks — Local services in Boynton Beach

This was a Horrific Experience ! I have never written a review before but wanted to save another customer from a Horrific experience. I had recently gone to this Salon to get a Style that I have had for the last ten years along with tight teasing. The first time I went there, I told the girl exactly how I wanted it done, I went step by step. She had an Attitude Problem. After two hours, it came out so-so, but I remembered she was Rude to me and stated "Are you going to Complain again" ? .. As a Consumer, I have Every right to Complain, as I am paying her for a Service, and I should receive the HairSyle that I Want, Not what She Wants to give me. So I Reluctantly went back a week later, and this Time, She gives me "Her Way" of Styling my hair. I knew it would come out Horrible and I Was Right. Again, She had a Horrible Attitude, an Ego Problem, and she states to me again, After she had to take "A Break for a Cigarette",, She comes back and again states "Should I continue, Or are you going to Complain AGain?"...... Talk about Rude Behavior, and UnProfessional Conduct. I sat there Composed and Literally took her Abuse. I woke up this Morning, and just as I suspected, My Hair is all Matted down and flat, Why ?.. Because I allowed her to do it "Her Way" which was THE WRONG WAY. At One Point, She actually stated to me in the middle of my appoinment, " Are you going to let me do it MY WAY, OR, SHOULD I ASK YOU TO LEAVE ?" !!! If this IS NOT INAPPROPRIATE CONDUCT, I don't know what is. A Message for the Owner: Next Time You Hire an "Employee", Find Out if they have Emotional Issues, and How Is Their Etiquette ? ".......Little do you know that I am an " Etiquette Professor" at a Local Nearby College, and My Stylist, Her name was Tavier....Wondered why I was so "Detail Oriented". I have to be, That is My Job. To my stylist Tavier, If you keep up this Attitude, Eventually, Your Customers, My age, will NOT tolerate your abusive conduct. And the girl beside you, she kept putting in her Two Cents, Another "Low Life". Reviews are Made to Protect the Consumers for the Future. This Salon needs New Owner ship and Much Nicer, Classier Employees. No Stars for a Rating here. I do not need to be Abused by anyone, let alone a Salon. I went to Artisan last summer and Gina did a wonderful job cutting and styling my hair into a chin length layered bob. I allowed my hair to grow out but decided I wanted the bob back so I made an appointment with Gina. Upon arrival I showed Gina photos of my hair after the last time she cut it, we agreed on the same chin length layered bob. I was butchered! I'm so upset, she ruined my hair! The cut is MUCH shorter than chin length and the layers are not blended, one side is also completely different to the other. At this point there isn't anything I can do without cutting it even shorter. Gina was apologetic and told me I didn't have to pay; she said she didn't know what happened and she cut it shorter than she thought. Gina also said she must have misunderstood what I wanted, this aggravated me beyond belief as she had a photo of my previous haircut in front of her the whole time and the end result is an absolute embarrassing disaster. New in the area and looking for someone and someplace for a haircut.Id seen this shop next to Publix and had gone in for a list of services, and been treated well when I was there. The shop was clean and very nice in appearance, and the stylists were friendly.. Called Artisan's, and was told any time tomorrow. No good for me as I had a date with an oral surgeon scheduled that was going to take all day, so the lady said hold on, and I had an appointment for 20 minutes from right then.. Raced over and was shampooed, clipped, and I haven't had this good a cut, or service, in a long time. My wife loves it, I like it a LOT, it was reasonably priced, and the girl that cut my hair had a sense of humor!!
