Starbucks — Restaurant in Boynton Beach

The drink there was good, they had a sampling today, and the girl with short black hair, (I’m pretty sure her name is Sophia) was an absolute delight. This girl knew what she was talking about, and the only one with a smile on her face. She deserves a raise for that. She had me try the Iced shaken Oleato- which was actually delicious. I ordered one because of her. The reason I give a two stars is because the managers are absolutely horrible. I would give them only 1 star but Sofia deserved a star as well because she was very sweet and helpful. There were two managers there, they seemed like the store managers because they both had black aprons (one of them had a butterfly tattoo on their arm) compared to the other employees. The reason why I say that they’re horrible is because I heard them talking bad about another employee who seems like they don’t work there anymore. They were saying how they got fired from another job because their job realized how bad she actually was, and that she probably came back to ask for a job. The one with the yellow hair wrap actually yelled it across the floor to another employee. If that old employee comes back I hope she reads this review before she makes an ultimate decision. If they talk about old employees like that I can’t fathom what they say about their current ones. I wish I gotten their names really. I have been to this starbuck 3 times within the last 7 days and each time my order was placed with ease and fast service. During todays visit I went through drive through and one of the items I ordered was a Venti Pumpkin Spice Latte, but the lady gave me a iced Latte instead. I did ask her about the issue, she said they could remake it, but she seemed as if she had an additude necause I had asked about it being hot. My daughter even noticed that her additude changed. I didn't have the time to wait, so I told her not to worry about it, but even with it iced it still tasted good, until it watered down anyways. My two visits prior to this morning I have ordered inside and each time it wasn't very clean, although there wasn't a line, it was packed inside and out with people, some with starbucks items, but others just there using the wifi/seat, leaving no open seat for others who are purchasing. Overall, starbucks is expensive for what is it is, but taste great. This location though is just okay, service is fast, but other than that it isn't better than any other location and there are many locations in the area. For recommendations, The Pumpkin Spice drinks are really good, I have tried them all and they are delicious. I highly recommend trying the Frappuccino if your wanting something cold and sweet or the Latte if your wanting something...

I have been going to this Starbucks for years but unfortunately have to drive 8 miles awy to another location because the service has been really bad lately. There is this particular woman (I asked her name but she refused to tell me, she is an African American lady, seems light weight, I also believe she has a long hair) she stays in the window and she does not seem to know what she is doing, my order came wrong twice in a row and she got upset for having to make a new one, twice. It just seems that she really does not want to be there. She is sarcastic, does not say thank you, welcome, basic things that you expect from a basic service. I felt really uncomfortable twice when I had to get my service from her, almost as she is making me a favor to do what I paid for. We pay expensive because of the quality of the product but also for the service and the environment. Starbucks is known for an excellent service which lately has been really bad. Once happened in the afternoon in a Saturday, and the other day in the morning (I believe two days ago) Everyone else there is great, excellent service, asides this woman, but having to deal with her makes me not want to spend money there. I go basically every day so when she is not there everyone else treats me well and...
