I always feel soooo unwelcomed as soon as I walk through the door. I spend money there each week to be treated so poorly! If I had the option to go somewhere else I would but I can’t given I have to walk and it’s down the street. One time I paid with a couple dollar bills and change and this guy looked at me and said “count it” and I said “you want me to do your job for you?” and he said “I have to help other customers” and at that moment and younger skinnier girl had walked in.. she can wait 40 secs while you do your job and count change! If he would have asked nicely I would have had no problem helping him out but he was so stuck up and rude. So disrespectful!!!! There are so many reviews on there bad customer service, why isn’t anything being done about it?? If nothing changes I will start calling management and bosses! Your job isn’t a chore,...

I cannot begin to describe how terrible their customer service is. Never going back. I recommend any other shop in town. I was treated like garbage and disrespected heavily when I went in to return a defective puff bar. Both the owner and his cronies refused to acknowledge that the puff bar could've been defective and immediately treated me like I was scamming them. They rolled their eyes at me and cited their ridiculous same day return policy, despite me having purchased the product an hour before they closed. I came in early the next morning for the return and they were flippant and scoffed at me for not having immediately returned for an exchange. I cannot believe how poorly I was treated.
