There’s a new sandwich shop in town serving up some pretty tasty looking victuals. Shoutout to Austin for alerting us and my dear friend Hipsters of Bozeman for seconding the matter.

Bozeman Market and Deli is located in the old Paulie’s space right across from the football stadium on campus. This shop has some clear NY/NJ influences and our dear friend and mascot of the Feastie Boyz, Matt Mr. Tasty Sapp himself showed up in the proper chapeau and brought his appetite. We ordered three different sandwiches and for me the pound of pastrami was calling my name but my nearly 40 year old stomach knew that the half sized sandwich was the wiser choice. It came with an extra slice of bread and a whole tiny jar of mustard….bonus points!

In the end this is definitely a worthy contender for best sandwich in town and if you live on campus it’s pretty handy to have the curated wine and beer and select groceries. Pretty...

This place has a nice atmosphere and good food. My problem is that they would get way more business from me if they started stocking Red Bull and Canned Coors Banquets (not the bottles that they currently have). The old paulies market that used to be at this location always had redbulls and Banquet cans and I was an everyday customer at that place before it closed-because they had these two items. Just my $0.02, and again I would love to give this place more business but they don’t stock two of my daily/weekly items. Its a bummer because its in such a convenient location for me also. Albeit, the atmosphere is great and food is good too. I hope to see these two items added to the...

Got a wagyu reuben sandwich ($17) and a side of fries ($4 I belive could have been 3) wait time wasn't bad not fast not slow. Friendly staff and clean nice environment. Sandwich for me was a 5 on a 10 scale, especially for the price, not much meat on the sandwich, they went with traditional rye bread in place of swirl which I believe would be a better choice especially for a $17 sandwich. Fries were not very good, definitely not the hand cut fries I'd expect from a place like this. Overall I'd like to give this a 3.5 but that rating doesn't exist so I'll be kind and give a 4 star, try this place to see if anything else on the menu is better but have mid...

First off the muffuletta was pre-made which was incredibly disappointing cause I saw/thought this place had fresh made sandwiches, not to order apparently though. Second, I paid $12 for a quarter of a sandwich not even a full one & as you can see in the picture, it’s small. Had high hopes for this place, sandwich left me pretty dissatisfied. I saw the business respond to a review saying their portions hold up to other Bozeman businesses but Pickle Barrel’s portions are way more hearty for the price.

Such a fantastic place! We were visiting from out of state and were looking for a sandwich shop to stop by. Not only was the Hudson sandwich we ordered fantastic (so large!), the atmosphere was great and service was even better. We noticed all the attention to detail that was given to prepping the food, packaging and presentation. We spoke with the owner and enjoyed the time he spent with us and his great personality. Hope to be back again in the future!
