Joined online a few days ago. Visited today to get a quick workout in and was greeted by a very pleasant, polite and cheerful desk attendant named Anthony. He was the only one, I believe, that was working today and he made me feel very welcome at this gym. Not all PF's are created equal. Yes they are a chain but you can tell the ownership that is truly invested by the people that he or she hires. Anthony explained everything to me and what the facility had to offer. I usually just wave off these types of intros because you can tell that the employee really just needs to say it per policy. But Anthony really came across as if he wanted you to have a great experience. Whenever I happened to glance over at the desk he was either helping a member or surveying the facility. The facility was extremely clean and the locker room(Men's) was as well. The atmosphere is open and airy and does not leave you feeling like you do not have space to workout. This is a second gym for me for some general training and I will be here until I decide to move or when if ownership/management stops caring about the place. If you are looking for a PF with a great selection of equipment and dumbbells that go up to 80, this is the place. It is not selfie central and the clientele seems to be on the older side so it doesn't seem to have any "riff-raff". Read moreI commented to your front desk staff at least five months ago about how many TV’s were not working. They told me they had an order in. That was five months ago and it still hasn’t been fixed. There are at least five TVs that are out. When I asked today I was told that an order had been put in for new TVs and they don’t know what’s happening. It seems to me that your corporate office doesn’t want to pay. I am a very unhappy with the customer because this is unacceptable. It’s a simple fix and planet fitness obviously doesn’t want to spend the money. At my old gym each machine had its own TV and if one went out it was quickly fixed. So in my opinion your customer service is awful and I am extremely disappointed. -everyone/staff is polite
-everyone is in their own lane; no one is bothersome
-sanitation is easily accessible and readily available at all times
-membership is affordable
-membership contract is easy to understand and adjustable based on one’s individual needs
-parking is spacious
-location is close to highways for easy commute
-equipments are well kept and not broken; there’s something for everyone to use based on one’s own personal fitness journey
