Ring's End — Local services in Branford

Our experience using Rings End, Branford was absolutely horrific. We ordered two cabinets to go above the toilet in the bathroom and a vanity for a bathroom. We worked with Mark Whitingham. He was absolutely terrible, if we didn’t reach out to him, we would still be waiting for our stuff. Every single ounce of communication was because my husband or I reached out to Mark Whitingham , only to hear back a handful of times with zero regard for his customers. Absolutely awful customer experience start to finish.

In addition to the absolutely horrific customer experience by Mark, when we finally got the cabinets, they were broken. So we were told that we were going to get a replacement, and when we waited and waited, finally reached out to Mark, got the cabinet, the replacement one was broken, chipped, and very poorly assembled. See pictures below. When asked for a refund or some sort of mediation, he said he would get back to us….and what do you know? We are still waiting to hear from Mark Whitingham. We were also very over priced and paid about $250 extra for these cabinets. If you go online and look they are much cheaper.

Honestly, find a local cabinet guy and have them do what you need. My husband and I have a few good recommendations and we really wish we went that route. Mark at rings end did an absolutely horrible job after we spent almost $4000 on redoing...

My customer ordered some bead board and cap for it to be delivered to her house on a Wednesday, never showed up Wednesday no phone call nothing. following day we called and they said they would be there at a specific time and I called to ask him when they would be here also and they said an hour, finally an hour and fifty minute's later they show up. As a contractor we schedule our customers weeks in advance so when you have a day to install and they don’t show up on that day it sucks because now we have nothing to do. Do better, next time call your customer and let them know you’re not delivering on that day or better yet deliver on the day...
