Family Dollar — Local services in Brazoria

If you let them know you even open a box with an electronic item to just look at it they do not give refunds. Crazy refund policy. Do not buy any type of electronic products here..Toys headphones antenna for TV..What I bought. I had to go to different Family Dollar and not let them know we ever looked in the box. You could look inside the box in the store. Ridiculous. Apparently all Family Dollar Store do not refund electronic products if you let them know the box was opened at all. They will only exchange for exact same item. I did research and learned there are tons of complaints about Family Dollar for refusal to refund electronic products if you slip up and they learn you ever opened or look inside package. Got the plan for that if you made same mistake. Go to different Family Dollar and they will ask. I normally absolutely don't lie but since they are being dishonest I feel I can be dishonest back and told them no I never opened it. It wasn't taped shut or anything a TV antenna..And yes the second store asked if it was ever opened even one time. Such a rip off of no refund for any reason on electronic items and claim it's posted. Yes it is in print so tiny I still couldn't read what it said nor could my husband and it's located behind register..Not prominently displayed which is dishonest...

I have spent a number of hours going aisle by aisle inspecting items of interest. As I step through the door I'm treated to a refreshingly cold blast of air, and a warm friendly greeting by a handsome young clerk who is busy organizing things, but pauses to greet anyone that enters. Overall the atmosphere, prices, and attentive, but not pushy, employees makes the shopping so relaxingly pleasant that I spend more money, and time than I previously...

This store is so disorganized and disheveled. They're always out of stock and their shelves are mostly empty a lot of the time. It's especially not a place you want to visit after dark because their parking lot is not lit. The employees have such an unfriendly disposition that it makes one not want to go in there, unfortunately it's the closest quick store. There's no amount of training to make someone be friendly...
