If you order from this location, make sure you do it in person.Because all of the staff there refused to read the special instructions, and now, four times, i've had issues with the orders being incorrect. Beware if you're talking to the girl named Stormy because she likes to cop an attitude and play a little victim. If you ask a question talking about how rude and how much of an attitude somebody has whenever she in fact is the one who has an attitude and is so sensitive to somebody asking, if the person that made the order knows how to read the special instructions box, which apparently you're not allowed to ask that question. And then yelled at and told to leave the store which I did. Of course, then I called trying to speak with an adult and find out that that little girl is a manager and very unprofessional at that and I just hope that somebody who works there will retrain that person with customer service? Or find somebody who knows how to handle people. When I called, she said she handled it incorrectly, but then continued to berate me over the phone and then hang up on me. When I called another number from Google, it led me back to the store and again. She apologized for how she handled the situation but then also backstepped and said that I was in the wrong for asking a question. Apparently, my accent makes me seem like I have an attitude because I was having a great day. I still am. But it's really upsetting that I had to go to Bucees to buy my food after I already paid for lunch so I would appreciate anybody who works there to reach out to me.Let me know how you handle the situation and anybody who's going to visit there,Watch out for the short little girl. Read moreI usually have NO problems with this Subway. I have been ordering from this Subway location for about 15 years. Tonight we went in to order at 8:30pm. Closing time is 9pm at this location. When we walked in, all the chairs were already up on the tables. We were informed right away that they had shut off the toaster for the night and we would not be able to have our sandwiches toasted. When I pointed out that they do not close for another 30 minutes and the full menu should be available, the employee stated that that is not how they do it. I decided that I would not argue with him anymore and I said I would be calling his manager and we would not be ordering from them tonight. He said that his manager is the one that told him to shut down the toaster. But we ordered a grilled chicken salad and they put handfuls of lettuce and toppings in a bowl without even chopping anything making it extremely hard to eat.
