I purchased a MX1280 12 channel Amplifier, which after a while started to get noisy. I called customer service during the warranty period and indicated that i believed it was the fan but their person insisted that the level of noise was normal. Unfortunately after another 6 months it got unbearably noisy and I called support again. This time customer service (Ed) admitted it was faulty and needed to be replaced but noticed at this point it was a couple months out of warranty. He suggested the only thing he could do was find me a replacement fan in case that was the problem. But then he never got back to me and stopped returning my emails. The amp was not cheap, and should be replaced as I originally called during the warranty period. Product didn't last, terrible customer service, and they don't stand behind...

After 5 years owning a 4.1 Bluetooth Omni Sub with accompanying rock and garden speaker pairs, I have to say, OSD Audio makes quality reliable systems. I set it all up in 2018 and to my own shame did not even bother to cover them in the off seasons. In Fontana, California, we regularly have high winds with lots of dirt, sand and dust forced around, not to mention many days of extreme heat over 100, and February 2023 we even had snow! These speakers have never given me any problems. They still connect to via Bluetooth instantly, still work great, and sound fantastic just like brand new. I've gotten quite a few complements on the sound. If I ever need to do it again I will certainly go...

I'm an electrician and low voltage installer. I've been purchasing equipment from OSD Audio for over 10 years now. My customers are happy with the performance of their speakers and pricing. I have had a few items defective or not last forever, but overall I'm still happy with the value and continue to purchase my speakers here. Also, I did a few jobs for the owner and his wife years ago. They are wonderful people and they are always nice and come out of their office to see me if I'm there.
