While I was inquiring about a some occupancy sensors that were needed for our schools, I made contact with Walters (Will Call Center) and I had the privilege in being connected with Andrew Felix, Counter Supervisor and Mark Gomez, Branch Manager. All though they did not the quantity I needed, their knowledge in products, professionalism, and support was stellar. Although the phones were ringing; other customers were being assisted, and/ or waiting to be assisted, I never felt rushed. They demonstrated customer care for all. Some of the worst customer service as well as management especially the pipe bending Department, I can get better answers from a child which in essence shows me that the company can care less as long as some incompetent fool is able to run the department...
