I came up there to get my daughter screen fixed because it was broken. At first the representative seem very nice after fixing the phone he told me that he couldnt warranty the phone because of the battery so I paid to get another battery so that the phone would be under the 30 day warranty they offer. When she got home the phone would not hold a charge it kept going off and on. When she called up there they told her to bring the phone back because he said that he did not check the battery which is odd because if i paid for a new battery so I should have received a new battery. Anyways a few days later there was a crack in the bottom part of the screen so my daughter took it back up there to get it fix because it was under warranty. The guy took the phone replaced the screen and then told my daughter it would be 110. When my daughter told him she thought it was under warranty and didnt have the money he took the new screen off,placed the old screen back on but caused more damage to the phone. After speaking to the owner he agreed to fix it again for 80. We got the phone fixed on Saturday and Monday it cracked again. Now my daugter does have an outerbox. But this phone screen cracked while she was pushing numbers with her fingers which it shouldnt have done. I went back up there and they want me to pay them again when I witnessed it crack with...

Today, I decided to have the battery replaced in my Samsung S7 because the phone would not hold a charge and it was hot to the touch. Additionally, the screen on the camera lens was broken. I first went to batteries Plus where I was told that more than likely the battery needed to be replaced. The price that was quoted was around the same amount.

Before going to One Way Wireless, I called around and was given prices that exceeded $200.

Anyway, I went into the store and was greeted by Wally who told me that my phone being hot was not a result of the battery. He was honest in letting me know that he could replace the battery but it may not solve my issue (hot phone) and he would be unable to refund any monies that I would pay. Although he did not actually perform any services, I appreciated that he was upfront and honest. I believe in integrity and it goes a long way with me. If I ever need phone repair services, I would definitely return to One Way Wireless. In today' world of stores just wanting to make a buck, honesty and integrity...

I was so amazed at the quality customer service that I received at One Way Wireless. I just so happened to be driving by in search for the nearest place where I could get a new charging cord for my cracked IPHONE because I was getting ready to get on the highway and that’s when I noticed this place. I went in and noticed they fix crack/ shattered cell phones. So i asked how long to fix my screen he said about 20 minutes.
