Review: Disappointed by Poor Customer Service After a Great Start
I ordered wiper blades for my SUV on 8/8/25, and the young lady who helped me at that time was absolutely pleasant and professional. She let me know the blades would arrive by Monday, 8/11, and that I’d get a call when they were in. Unfortunately, I never received a reminder call, and I only realized today (five days later) that they’d already been there waiting.
When I went to pick them up, the woman at the counter—who I later learned was the store manager—didn’t even greet me. She simply brought out the wipers and handed them over. I asked if someone could install them, and she flatly said “no,” without so much as an apology. I explained that I was told installation was included when I purchased them. She said she only had three total employees, and one wouldn’t be in until 12:30. I could come back then and she’d “stay while he did that.”
Seriously? A store open until 9 p.m. with only three employees? That’s not my issue as a customer—and I shouldn’t have to be inconvenienced after already being let down on follow-through and communication. There are three other auto parts stores within two blocks. I’ll take my business to one of them next time.

Read moreI want to thank Issac at the Bremen Indiana store. I had an out of town friends car quit on him. We jumped it and got it to the local O’ Reillys store. Issac went above and beyond helping us determine that the alternator was bad. Then he didn’t have the part we needed so he searched and found that the Nappanee store had the part. Once we had the part and set to installing it right there in the parking lot Isacc helped us with tools we needed and he came out to check on us a couple of times.
