From the moment I walked in, Infinity hair saloon made me feel so welcome and listened carefully to what I was looking for. They took the time to understand my style and gave helpful suggestions based on my hair type and face shape. The end result was beyond what I expected my hair has never looked or felt better! Not only this place have incredibly skilled, but they also have a true eye for detail and artistry. My color came out so vibrant and natural, and the cut gave my hair a fresh, flattering shape that has made styling it at home a breeze. I can’t say enough good things about this salon! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so welcoming and sweet. My hairdresser absolutely nailed it I’ve been trying to get my hair done like this for so long, and no one has ever been able to get it just right until now. She listened carefully to exactly what I wanted, made great suggestions, and did mine perfectly. My hair turned out better than I imagined the color was soooo good because in the past, I’ve had hairdressers say that it won’t be too blonde because I’ve died my hair before but the color was perfect, the style… everything is flawless. I visited the salon today and had some disappointment. My ask was highlight touchup and hair cut which cost me $275 today, I thought it was truely unreasonable and upset me some. When I ask to justify the cost which was written for full highlight instead of touchup, I was told the charges was based on how much product was needed as my hair is thick😬, I've never been told that before at any other salon. Other charges were added such as color and tone which was not discussed with me, I think it's important to communicate what services are being added, since the customers are ultimately responsible for paying.
