La Bella Pizza and Gyro — Restaurant in Brentwood

If I could give a 1/2 star I would give them 3 and a 1/2 stars it was a good Italian hoagie that's all I got was a 1/2 of Italian hoagie. I always say if you can't make a good Italian huggy you should not be in the business they are the easiest things to make . I Make delicious sandwiches at home or if I had my own shop I would have the best sandwiches in Pittsburgh expressionlessly the best Italian sandwich/hoagie in Pittsburgh guaranteed. Ordered pizza, wings, and spicy seasoned fries on a Monday evening. Ordered online, and it was ready in 20 minutes. Counter service was friendly and responsive.

Pizza was excellent, nice crust with a bit of crunch but not over-done. Nice cheese and a mildly sweet sauce. Toppings tasted great, and had good texture (not over or under-done).

Fries were great! Flavor very similar to Arby's curly fries, in my opinion. And that's a good thing! There were enough for two of us enjoy as a side. A bit soggy as most take out fries are, but that can be solved by punching a couple small holes in the box to reduce the humidity.

The wings were the letdown for us. We ordered honey bbq wings, and the sauce was thin and not very flavorful. The chicken itself was decent, but nothing to write home about. Compared to the rest of our food, it just didn't measure up. I'll stick to ordering my wings from 51 Wings up the street. No...

Ordered 2 pizzas online at 1:49 pm today. Got email confirmation that it will be delivered in 50 min. I called about 1 hour and 15 minutes from time of order. I was told that the 2nd pizza was being box now and would be going out for delivery. Lady gave excuses for the delay. I understood that but it took them about another 45 minutes to deliver pizza that came out of the oven 45 minutes earlier. That is where I feel dissatisfied that it took nearly an hour later to get the delivery. It should not take about 2 hours to get an order and if they are that behind they should contact the customer. It should not be the customer calling. Poor service and customer service provided today.
