Herrington's The Florist — Local services in Brewton

This is my hometown florist shop. I no longer live here and was wanting to send sympathy flowers to a friend who works in Brewton. I mistakenly gave them the wrong address and they called me, promptly at that, to let me know. I offered to pay extra for another delivery to be made and the following day it was delivered to the new address - with no extra fee asked for! What's just say I spent a couple$100 with these people ask for a delivery paid for delivery they call the person to make sure they're there they call me back the person's not there she said tomorrow the next day they tell me she refused delivery why would you call and ask and spill the beans that someone just trying to make a nice gesture for you yes me and said lady we're in a disagreement and I was only trying to make her smile cuz I genuinely care for her a complete ruined experience...

My knowledge of plants and flowers is limited. I arrived at Harrington's not knowing what to order. The gentleman invited me to the back and even into his walk-in cooler where his fresh flowers were kept. I didn't have to tell him the name of the flowers, I just pointed out what I liked.
