Taqueria Ms.Flores — Restaurant in East Brewton

Placed an order received the total incorrect order. Her accent was very strong so I thought she understood I only wanted a steak quesadilla meal. I received a steak chicken and shrimp meal. When I called to inform them of the mistake she did not make it right and hung up in my face.! I loved supporting this business while they were in east Brewton. It seems moving cross town has given her a bigger sense of entitlement. I am a business owner and as a cosmetologist I would do anything to please my customers and make sure they’re satisfied. Went in today to order a burger. Walked in and stood at the counter. The lady at the counter looked at me and turned her head. I stood there a moment. No greeting. No I'll be with you momentarily. And so I turned and walked out. Spent my money where it would be appreciated. Went here with my family and the service was great. Food was even better. Brewton doesn’t have many food options but I have to say after my experience today I will definitely be making this a regular occurrence. We got the fajitas for 2 and my husband and I shared them with our 5 yr old. I think it’s very affordable with nice sized portions.
