On the Boulevard HAIR Salon — Local services in Brewton

I have used this business for almost two years now. I have been extremely happy with the services I have received from Ashley and Teresa. However today I call for someone to answer and say no speak English and disconnect the call. I assume they think I am a telemarketer since I do have an out-of-state number I am not originally from Alabama. I called back several times thinking that maybe they had enough sense to know a telemarketer would not call back to back to back however, they still do not answer. I try to do this on my lunch break unsuccessfully so when I got back to work, I figured they would answer a Florida number. They did not. I waited a few minutes and called back and it seems as if the Florida number I called from is now blocked, I am extremely disappointed that this is the way this business handled a customer trying to call to make an appointment today. Teresa if you see this review, please call Melissa I sent a Facebook message to the salon with my phone number. I just need an appointment however, I would like this appointment to be with you and not at that salon if that is possible . If not I’ll be looking for a more professional salon asap. Thank you.

Edited: I would like to add after this review yesterday both stylists Teresa & Ashley reached out to me apologizing profusely regarding my experience even though they were not in the shop or knew what had happened until after this review. I highly recommend both of them and really hope my experience yesterday as a customer sets forth some changes when it come to phone expectations and customer experience.
