Got double charged by their system. Only reason i knew was because I looked at my bank statement. Talked to two women about it. Second one was very rude. Told me to wait 24 hours for the refund and that's how things work. After I asked if she talked to the manager she got upset and became very short with me. She started saying "there's no reason for being upset." While raising her voice at me. I decided just to wait for the manager to call. 3 days later still no call, no refund, and when I called the same lady says well I will let the manager know and then hangs up the phone on me. I understand mistakes and technology isn't perfect but the customer service really needs work in this place.
