Dine-R-Drive — Restaurant in Brewton

Ok I have eaten here a handful of times before making this review. Con is prices are high for portion size served. I have had their burgers, chicken salad sandwich and their chicken wrap. For the price I would expect their food portions bigger. The chicken wrap is the size of a taco, the chicken salad sandwich was barely filled and the burger was an okay size. The fries is about a cups worth. Food is good as far as taste, but paying $70 for 4 people to have burgers is just insane. The diner is not much of a diner style with waiters or waitress, it's just a seating area. The over crowded issue at the door is because they have the register and order taker right at the entrance which is not ideal placement. My husband, child and myself went on a day which was very busy. We had the flounder with fries, phillycheese steak with corn nuggets and hotdog with fries. The wait staff both taking our order and who brought our food to us were very nice. The food was speedy at getting to us along with being delicious. Staff was nice, service takes a while. Long line for ordering and long wait for food. Ordered 5 piece chicken tender plate. Two of the tenders are approx 2 inches long, then a very small amount of fries. Chicken salad sandwich was disappointing. White toast with a little amount of chicken salad for $9. The chicken salad was good just disappointing for cost and amount. The ordering process takes a long time and to have it right at the door while people are coming in and out...
