Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Brewton

This was the worst experience I've ever had with Pizza Hut. I ordered online at 5:56pm with a 24 minute wait. I waited in line for a total of 40 minutes. After I paid, they couldn't find my order. It wasn't even made yet. They pushed it back for delivery orders. I asked how long to make it, and she couldn't tell me. I ended up getting a refund, but I had used a birthday coupon for free bread sticks and my rewards points for a free pizza. I was told online had nothing to do with them and I wouldn't get those back. I told them that wasn't fair to me, and I shouldn't lose anything because they had pushed my order back and couldn't give me another pickup time. I was so upset. I went to Sonic. I didn't get home until 7:30 pm. I did call the toll-free number and was able to get my rewards and my coupon back. I normally don't complain, but the staff at Pizza Hut didn't care that I didn't get my order, nor did they try to...

First i order and it says 14 minutes. I get there in 20, i get to the window and the guy says its going to be another 15. They give me my wings and its literally the crumbs at the bottom of the bag. I thought the pizza hut in flomaton was bad. This is awful. If i could rate 0 i would. Would def not recommend coming here. Every time we order it is fast and our order is correct and that alone is worth 5 stars when other pizza places literally never get our very simple orders correct. Plus the food is good. They are super helpful when we call but they do great when I use the app and the drivers are without fail always nice. The melts are so good and the mini cinnamon buns are a favorite. We don’t order pizza from anywhere...
