Edit 5/24/25 with pictures: It’s been like 2 weeks since ive left with still no voice in my car. Today my boyfriend was able to take everything apart and look at it and see what he can do to at least bring my speakers back to normal so i can stop riding around with a bluetooth speaker. We came to someone else to see if they could figure out what the problem was and he showed us this. Why are all my wires out like that?????? RIDICULOUS.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I’ve brought my car in before for an alarm and had a great experience but I brought my car in to get my system done and I had an appointment for 10am on Saturday. No one showed up until almost 10:40. I get in, I give them my keys they said 2-3 hours. I didn’t get my car back until almost 6pm. We were told that my boyfriend had to go home and hook up what we had asked them to hook up for us. Thankfully my man is familiar with doing systems and has done many but this specific piece that needed to be installed he is not familiar with. We get back to his house just for there to be no voice coming out of my speakers. We tried calling but of course by that time they were closed. I was told to bring my car back in on Tuesday, which we did and they still couldn’t figure out what was wrong. I left my vehicle overnight and we were told that they couldn’t figure out what was wrong, and that they couldn’t bring it back to stock because they were already behind on other vehicles… That’s not my problem. but ok. I went to go pick up my car and asked for a refund seeing that the car wasn’t done the proper way before and that I was charged more than what they quoted me. I wasn’t expecting a full refund because they did work on it trying to figure out what was wrong with it but seeing that I now had to go elsewhere it would’ve been nice for at least half of my money back. The owner was very rude, telling me because they did not wire my speakers, which by the way were working PERFECTLY FINE before I dropped my car off, that there was really nothing they could do for me unless I wanted to leave my car and they could take it apart and do it all again. It should’ve been done the correct way when I picked it up on Saturday!!! I will never come here ever again and I sure as hell will never recommend anyone to them. Drpped off my car at 10:30am and picked it up at 11pm to do a full system The worst place you can go to for customer service! The lady infront knowns nothing so expect too wait a sec! Incomplete work at its best. My wire they hooked up in opposite speakers left is right right is left!!!! Back seat not completely together nor is my center console, and wire not wrapped and was it offered.... This place is not professional. I still have The receipts but they can’t look me up in the system!!!!! please do not go here pay the extra money and go elsewhere blue Volkswagen

I would not purchase audio equipment and have it installed by this company at 40 North Avenue because I did and it was not installed properly, the service was extremely poor, and when I returned to the location to have my amplifier exchanged or refunded the company sales persons evaded me and lied to me about getting my amplifier serviced immediately. Now they are unwilling to provide detail information about their store management or company leadership.
