MANAGER Robert EATS BEHIND DELI COUNTER MASK OFF. DELI WOMAN IS NASTY AND RUDE! PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!! ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE NOT SPANISH!!! Iâve been here a handful of times no issues, except for it being really small. But today sadly was the beginning of the end. First I order 2 sandwiches from a woman who spoke NO English. Besides the fact she looked like someoneâs grandmother, and me having to use sign language to tell her I didnât want the core of the tomato in my sandwich, I could tell my sandwich was gonna be off, but as long as it had the right ingredients, I was fine. Now I get home and begin to eat one of my sandwiches when I notice Im eating more bread than ham. Which doesnât add up because I donât eat cheese, so Iâm basically Paying for meat, tom + lett. I decided to see if the other sandwich was made the same, it was. I called the store and spoke to Robert who said it would be fine and somebody else would make the sandwiches over if I came after noon. I did. In which he allowed this women to point and yell at me in Spanish and then I ask him whatâs she saying and why is she yelling at me, he says âshe is talking to me. And she says you ate some of the meat out. She says she put more ham in there.â I find it horrible how I walked up and asked for him but he allowed her to step up. And he was right in the corner eating a bowl of soup, a manager! Disgusting! I asked him why would he let me come all this way? I told him over the phone if he wasnât gonna fix it I wouldnât waste my time walking 9 blocks back being 9wks pregnant. Iâm already exhausted. He told me well there are two sides to a story. Wow. Needless to say I wonât step foot in there again. Looks like they employ their family st8 out of whatever country they come from. They donât know any English, customer service skills or any delicatessen skills. Like put ya rude, dried up abuela back in her kitchen and hire a real professional with yo cheap Aâ!    Read morethe customer service here is terrible, i was in the PRODUCE section with a personal shopping bag, my mom was in another isle and she heard one of the guys reporting me on the walkie talkie. after i walked in the isle, the guy kept looking at us because he realized my mom heard him reporting me, when we got the cashier the lady pointed to a sign and told us to read it, when we did , it was basically a sign saying dont use personal shopping bag. Their communication skills are terrible, if he would've simply came up to say something i would've apologized. Smh and after as i walked around the store he kept looking at me, and it's sad because this is a supermarket i often go to, its a shame that they couldn't simply tell me we weren't allowed to do that, and the sign saying you shouldn't do that was in front of the cashier so there was no way i could've saw it. telling me would've been better than giving me looks and speaking about...
   Read moreEs una de las primeras veces que voy a escribir una reseña, y me da pena q sea mala, y lo hago mĂĄs por que deberĂan contratar mejor personal, mi experiencia hoy no fue buena, y eso q yo voy a esta tienda por lo menos 1 vez por semana, aveces 2, desde q vivo en este paĂs, (como 8 años, mĂĄs o menos), fui a hacer unas compras ahora en la noche, no mirĂ© la hora, pero la tienda estaba abierta, yo digo si ya falta 10 min para cerrar, o 15 deberĂa haber una persona y decir, ya vamos a cerrar, y compramos lo necesario, lo cierto q avisaron por alta vos q cerraban en 5 min y yo no habĂa agarrado lo q necesitaba para hoy, tuve q correr, cuando llegue a caja, la cajera me preguntĂł si querĂa bolsas, le dije q si, y de ahĂ le preguntĂ© a la cajera donde estaban las Pepsis q querĂa una, y me torciĂł los ojos, y me dijo al final de la 4, le dije mientras usted pasa la compra yo voy corriendo, y asĂ lo hice, ella todavĂa estaba guardando las cosas, despuĂ©s le dije pĂĄseme la tarjeta y me dice q tarjeta? Le digo la de key food, le doy mi nĂșmero, igual lo hizo de mala manera, ok!!! DespuĂ©s cuando voy a agarrar mis cosas, habĂa puesto en 2 bolsas bien llenas y afuera la soda, no habĂa manera de llevarme asĂ las cosas, ahĂ le dije, cuando alguien te diga q quiere bolsas, dame las que sean necesarias, como quieres q me lleve esto, ahĂ me dice, o quieres otra, le dije si, xq no me puedo llevar esto asĂ, esta lleno y pesado, ahĂ ella me dijo, ok, cuesta 25 ctvs, pero no te voy a cobrar, pero de una fea manera, ahĂ yo le saquĂ© los 25 ctvs, y creo q se acercĂł el manager, y Ă©l empezĂł a guardar las cosas, y me dice la cajera, amiga te estoy diciendo q no te voy a cobrar la bolsa, solo la quede mirando y agarrĂ© mis bolsas y me fui, y cuando lleguĂ© a mi carro, yo dije chuta debe ser tardĂsimo, mirĂ© a q hora cerraban y q hora era ya despuĂ©s de subir mis bolsas y prender el carro eran 9 y 4 min! YO ENTIENDO Q A ELLA TAL VES NO LE PAGUEN ESOS 2 min q me atendiĂł extra, pero yo si me sentĂ mal!
