KMB Computer — Local services in Bridgeport

I brought in my New Nintendo 2DS and two 3DS's to get repaired. The customer service was great. The 2DS was a special edition and was in need of a new R trigger and a new speaker. Thankfully a new R trigger was gotten that was the same piece for the special edition and a speaker was found. A 3DS had a broken hinge which was repaired by replacing the front casing. It's analog stick was also replaced as it had fallen apart which makes sense since I remember that one of the DS's analog stick might of been broken when I brought them in, but forgot about it. What surprised me the most was that KMB was able to fix my water damaged 3DS. It would turn off if the top screen moved too hard which did not take much to be honest; a soft poke would be enough. Sadly the screen got messed up due to the water damage causing the top screen to have a pink/purple tint and the bottom to be faded. A certain part would be needed to fix it which I didn't get. Despite the color and fade the screen is still manageable and most importantly I can actually play the 3DS without worrying about it turning off.

TLDR: Great customer service and great New 2DS and 3DS repairs. I definitely recommend bringing them to KMB if you want to get yours fixed. They may even be able to fix...

Shop was clean and the work station wasn't horrible. The shop was an open floor plan.. I felt secure leaving my tower. He was on time calling me. Communicated with me what was needed and walked me through my options and what each option did. Right on schedule for completion. This guy should seriously get the Nobel Prize for saving my bacon. Brought a micro recorder that had a very important interview on it---but wouldn't turn on. Called around--nobody else would touch it. Assumed I was screwed. KMB said he'd look at it--a day later calls, says it's ready to be picked up--super reasonable repair price. Had a short circuit apparently. I will be bringing all electronic issues/repairs to KMB...
