I am a customer of boost Mobile for a long time and the other day. I went over to this store to pay my phone bill the technician took my payment of 94$ plus 3$ fee gave me my receipt so I left. As every customer knows after you pay a bill for a cellphone. You are supposed to restart it so the payment can be accepted successfully. After repeatedly turning on and off my phone. I get a call from my phone service provider" Boost" a very nice gentleman named Wilson. Who called to tell me that my account was credited $60 dollars to my account. I advised him that I just made a full payment and he sent me back to the store to get a refund for the$60 he credited to my account. As I receive the texts messages I was so happy I just got great news. I was already on my way back to this store to figure out what happened about the payment to my account and why hasn't it been posted yet. I explained this to the technician in this store all of them insulted me and told me they feel sorry for me. Because I am a woman I felt very uncomfortable arguing with 3 Muslims and 2 other agents ethnicity unknown. They continued to belittle me and all I did was ask for my $60 dollars back. Then I get a texted while in front of them that's states that my $34 dollar payment was received when I am holding a receipt for$97 dollars. Someone there tried to pocket my money. I start to call boost Mobile and so does the owner about 20 minutes into this dispute. One of the agents goes to the register retrieves exactly$60 dollars and returns it to me. Be careful for they are stealing from our community and they are getting away with it. These people are thieves...

Read moreWarning: I strongly advise against buying from here. They operate as third-party sellers and absolve themselves of responsibility for any product issues. I recently purchased AirPods which began malfunctioning within 20 minutes of use. When I approached them for a replacement, despite the AirPods being brand new, they were incredibly rude and simply directed me to contact Apple support. They have a strict no-refund and no-exchange policy due to their third-party status. It's essential to be aware that purchasing from them poses significant risks. One unfortunate experience could result in wasting money on a defective product. I recommend opting for well-known stores that prioritize customer satisfaction and offer reliable guarantees.
Response: This happened a while back, and unfortunately, it did. I still have the defective product sitting in my desk, barely used because it didn't work properly. I was forced to accept the loss and buy a new one from an Apple Store because you guys the third-party seller refused to take responsibility. You guys wouldn't offer a refund or replacement, claiming it's your policy as a third-party seller. It's incredibly frustrating to deal with such situations, where you're left with a faulty product and no recourse but to seek help elsewhere. My advice remains the same: steer clear of third-party sellers like this and stick with reputable stores that stand behind their products and offer better...

Now I cannot access the area do to personal restrictions and cannot make arrangements to pick it up because the manager (Judah) wanted to act like he didn't hear my inability to come In the zone personlly. The lady who first answered the phone called me a "dumbass" in the background for not forcing them to give me a receipt even though they took down my information and said they were to busy to write one. Now I'm forced to spend $60 and time in court to process a law suit for a simple issue that could have been handled by people who are professional rather than a store filled with ignorant and arrogant people from the streets. I just lost all respect for this store. Go to a place where people treat you like they are important rather than act like they are in...
