Mrs. Vee did my big chop for me after I damaged my natural hair with a ton of heat and it was a pretty vulnerable moment for me. After our consultation she took her time and explained step by step what she was going to do and checked in with me the entire time. I showed her a picture of the style I wanted and she styled my hair, and made sure I understood the maintenance that would be required to uphold the style. And well, it’s safe to say I left a happy very young lady. Close to 2 months later after it had grown out some I came back to get another cut and she was just as helpful as the first time. VERY warm and friendly environment, really knowledgeable and while it may get a little pricey you know that you are for sure getting what you pay for. I would recommend to ANY naturals or otherwise in the area. She’s such a comforting and kind woman, and so is her staff. Highly recommend this salon. Do yourself a favor...

I’m usually not the one to make reviews, but I refuse to give this salon any more of my time and money after being disrespected on the phone by my go to hairstylist, Tasha, that works for this company! She was very rude and impatient sounding towards me on the phone, and didn’t even give me the time of day to tell her what I was looking for! On top of her quickly trying to get me off the phone, she had told me she would call me back and never did…VERY UNPROFESSIONAL in my opinion, especially when I’m paying this lady over a $100 (AND tipping) her to do my hair. I met Ms Vee at a Juneteenth event in 2023, we had a brief conversation about my scalp and by the following week I had a consultation appt. After that consultation visit, I had my follow up appointment to get my scalp treated.
