Bridgeton Crossing Family Aquatic Park (Outdoor Pool) — Local services in Bridgeton

Came here on 7/5 was just trying to take my kids swimming we walked up the lady at the front gates immediately said they were at capacity okay no problem we just starting looking else where to take them because we couldn’t do nothing about it being full so as we are looking for other pools she let in 3 more people in (white people) she called the manager because yes I asked her how was she letting more people in but you just told us yall were at capacity her EXCUSE was they were residents mind you she NEVER even asked if we were residents I guess because we have darker skin we can’t live in Bridgeton ??????? Just racist and rude the manager came out just talking crazy not asking oh what happened just no kind of professionalism AT ALL then going say we couldn’t come back to this pool more no more and called Bridgeton police okay ? The pool looking boring anyway the police didn’t do nothing because I yelled at you because you were very rude and pointing your finger at me like I’m a child so yea I told her shut up talking to me because we were leaving anyway SO we took our kids to Jack Rehagen pool in st.ann it was more kid friendly more activities to do in the pool more than ONE slide a better and bigger splash pad, rock climbing, and a rope the kids can swing into the pool on, also swings for the babies in the pool yes swings my one year old loved those and relaxing pool chairs for the adults to sit on while in shallow water enjoying the pool as well so thank you for being racist because they got a better experience...

Decent pool but 2 things make me rate it lower. On camp days the pool is crowded with unsupervised, rude children who think they’re entitled to everything and block your way as you’re simply trying to enter or exit the pool. They also have no concept of personal space and will splash you regardless of your wishes. The second thing is their horrible customer service. Today I went and after being there for just over an hour, someone decided to poop in the pool. I heard the lifeguards blowing whistles but they weren’t telling us what was going on. The other patrons had to tell me that there was poop in the pool and everyone needed to get out. Once I figured out what was going on, I discovered that the pool would be closed for at least 45 minutes. So by the time it would reopen I would need to leave. I didnt have the time to wait around for them to clean the pool and I couldn’t come back later. I spoke to a manager about a refund or even a discount on a future day and was very sternly told that wouldn’t happen. They said the poop was out of their control. Maybe so but their customer service is completely within their control and it sucks. I paid $9 for an hour of pool...

I DONT RECOMMEND MY HISPANIC/LATINO/MEXICAN PEOPLE COMING OVER HERE!! my family (mexican) and I came on may 28, 2023 nothing went wrong until the "boss"came out and started removing everyone. If they were sitting on the edge she said "NO MOVE NOW" in such an aggressive way. I was wearing a shirt at first then I removed it since one of the life guards told me to. I did as she said after that I was with mom she came so aggressive up to her and said to me and my mom that we NEEDED A SWIMSUIT SHE SAID IT WAY TOO AGGRESSIVE. My mom was wearing a swim shirt and I was wearing a swim bra. She not only was aggressive but she only told Hispanic/mexican/ Latinos that they needed a swim suit. This is so disgusting and disappointing. Please share. Thank you and please share...
