If I could leave zero stars I would, under new management I believe, cheap unreal meat, half done, hard rice. I will not be a returning customer. Save yourself a trip and save your money. They don’t even eat half the stuff they serve us. Meat look like it was rabbit better yet road kill smh. Look chewed up and spit out chicken fried rice plain. The images are self explanatory I can’t make this up. A waste of 8 dollars I didn’t even eat it, it went straight to the trash can. Had I seen it prior to leaving it would have been in there freaking restaurant.

There are quite a few reviews that bash this place, but I have a more positive perspective (Combination plate). 1) They are always prompt at lunch. 2) The value for the meal is outstanding. You could easily pay $5 more somewhere else. 3) The main ingredients are always fresh and tasty and they use a lot of vegetables 4) The combination plate stays the same price all day. Some places charge more for the same thing at dinner. // Overall I highly recommend this place. Try the black pepper chicken, it is unique.

This is usually my family go to Chinese food. But apparently not anymore. My order was wrong three times in one setting, then getting my refund it wasn’t even calculated correctly. Next time, listen to what the customer is ordering and stop trying to talk over them. Thanks China House for the experience but we will not longer be spending money here.

I wish we could review the food and service seperately. The food is fantastic! Their fried rice isn't "mushy" like most chinese places around my area and their crab rangoon is superb. But, the girl who answers the phone is the rudest person I've ever spoken with in the restaraunt business! She's snotty, snips a very rude "what" when she can't hear or understand you (I had to repeat "duck leg" THREE times before she got it) and then and hangs up without asking you if you want anything else or doesn't even attempt to confirm. So, my rating of 3 based on a 5 for food and a 0 for service. I recommend ordering in person, not over the phone. At least then, if you ask for the manager, she'll be nice to the others until you leave....

So not understanding the hype about this restaurant. I'm in town visiting from Chicago and had a taste for some Chinese food. This place had great reviews close to my hotel, so I called to place an order. I was aware of the "rudeness" by the staff, so I shrugged it off while speaking to the young man on the phone. They no longer had any BBQ Ribs (even though they're still on the menu), so I ordered Beef Teriyaki w/a Chicken Fried Rice. I literally had 8 pieces of chicken in the entire box! They were all at the top, so as you get to the bottom there's nothing but rice. The rice also had a very burnt taste to it. The Beef Teriyaki was dry and chewy... honestly, I wish this could've been a better experience, but just had to...

Used to LOVE this place. I am on limited income so save to go once a month. My favorite is honey chicken meal. Price has gone up twice now in past months but its ok I LOVE IT and it is enough for 2 meals. BUT....this last time I got a lunch "tray" loaded with Vegetable lo mien (my requested "side" and a it COVERED the tray - heaping - and in the corner a small scoop of the honey chicken. I didn't notice till I ate a bit and then saw it sat on a bed of lo mien. I was soooo disappointed. So much lo mien left and no chicken. Higher price and less chicken....sheeeee noodles don't cost 7 dollars. They lost a customer as I can not save to try that again next month - to get a tiny scoop of my favorite as if it...
