My favourite store. Very friendly employees. But today I had a bad time with an employee. I was walking with my children through the store, one of them is 1 and a half years old, we went through the toy area and he chose a toy shopping cart, while he walked behind me through the store with his toy WHAT WE WERE GOING TO BUY, I stopped in the purse and cosmetics area, and this employee named KAREN came and inappropriately and abruptly snatched the toy from my baby hands. I turned to her saying "Excuse me" Why you took that from the baby and she completely ignore me and rudely threw the toy somewhere else, she didn't look at me, she didn't say anything and the other employees apologized for her. WHY WAS THAT EMPLOYEE AN ANIMAL, HOW IS SHE GOING TO PUT HER MENTALITY WITH A 1 YEAR OLD BABY???? I hope to see her again, because I looked for her and didn't find her and it's a shame that her co-workers apologized for her and she didn't even know how to face me. Me and my wife have been going there since they opened. About 2xx a month. Today was horrible. The shoe dept looked like a bomb went off. Nothing matching no prices on most shoes and and most items in there no prices more stuff laying on the ground stepped on dirty ripped. Both me and my wife have been in retail for over 40 years she was store manager at maces there is no excuse for any customer to walk into a store that looked like that!my wife was losing her mine. Keeping in mind we did enjoy going into your store and like some of your stuff. But it will be some time before we come back. I had a employee's following me with a shirt in his hand for over 25 minutes like I was going to steal something witch made me feel very uncomfortable. With the way this world is today ever store the employees seem like they don't have time to help you. Not Gabe's I was looking for a area rug . As I was walking in the store I was greeted by every associated. I will admit itt. Was a little scary at first they pointed out the way to rugs back looking at the rugs one of the employees Ed ask me if he could help me I show Him the rug he pulled it down roll it up tight and carry it up front for me very polite.walking by the shoe I seen a nice pair for twenty dollars .
