Jewel-Osco Pharmacy — Local services in Bristol Township

The last few times I've had to get prescriptions here have been disorganized, I've been given wrong or no information or prescriptions that were written in a group, didn't get filled. I've been given the excuse my insurance wouldn't cover them but when I take them to another pharmacy...no problems..? This last time my son went to his ENT & received 3 prescriptions & only two were filled. My wife didn't even know until she got home because the Pharmacist never told her there was any problems...? She had to call back to find out what happened. We've had other problems with them filling prescriptions that weren't covered only to find out there was another brand available that was at the cost of a lot of money. There is one Pharmacist there who's been there for a few years I never have any trouble with, but we've had a lot of trouble with the newer people there. We've been going to this Pharmacy for 13 years and in the past year or so things have gone...

I had a fantastic experience at the pharmacy! The staff here is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making each visit a pleasant one. I want to give a special shoutout to the pharmacist, Jazmin, who went above and beyond to assist me. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure all my questions were answered. When one of my medications wasn't in stock, she took the time to call other locations. At my last pharmacy, it was my responsibility to call different pharmacies to see if they had my medicine in stock. It's clear that she genuinely cares about her patients.
