Went to this location on 4/29 @ approx 4pm. We had to repeat our order at least 3 times to the lady in the drive thru due to a language barrier. When she repeated the order back, she still did not fully comprehend what we requested. We pull around and my husband asked her to repeat the order, he corrected her and stated we asked for 3 pcs of chicken spicy and the rest mild. After all of that she tells us, "oh we don't have any spicy chicken and if you want to wait it will be about 12 mins. First of all we repeated our order several times, and you were about to charge us for something you didn't even have ready, which basically means we wld have gotten home & our order wld have been wtong. Also how do you not have chicken at 4pm! Its simple, when you see the chicken getting low, prepare more sk customers do not have to sit and wait 20 min for an order. Restaurants & customer service is at an all time low these days. No one offers a "courtesy coke" or 'dessert" for inconveniencing you for waiting on food that should have been ready. ( fast food) I really need to cook more! Lol oh also after waiting on our order the only pieces that were "fresh" were the 3 spicy pieces...the rest of the chicken was black had clearly been sitting for awhile.. won't be going back anytime soon....

Finally just said put the meat in a box, no bun and call it a day. We were given a total and asked to pull up to the window. When we got to the window the manager come to us and gave us a total. I handed him my card and he asked again about the sandwich we ordered without the bun. I explained again, she doesnât eat bread. He said he canât do that because itâs not the âproperâ way to make a sandwich. Now Iâm confused because weâre not asking for a discount, weâre still paying for the bun and all just donât want it. Whats the issue. He says he will get in trouble if he makes it like that. But if I asked for a sandwich no pickles, he would make it without pickles. Isnât it the same if we donât want the bun? Was in the drive through around 5 30 pm due to the door being locked on Friday 2 10 2023 ordered a 2 can dine with coupon and set in line for over 10 minutes received food checked it notice I was missing chicken and my fries was thrower on top of the chicken and biscuit with nothing separated the food advise the drive through lady hey im missing chicken . She went to go get the chicken with an attitude and I leave and make it home and realized that she gave me chicken that looked like it be sitting in the trash for weeks. I took a picture took it back and ask he would you eat this and she stated with an attitude I don't eat chicken and another employee came and looked and said I wouldn't eat that. I was so offended and upset. We pay our hard earn money with the high prices popeyes have and to be treated that way is ridiculously. I will be contacting corporate and filing a complaint. If they have chicken like that giving it to people. I will also have an investigation started about what is being sold here. The door is always locked...
