Modern Fog Vapor - Levittown (CBD/Delta-8 THC/GlassPipes) — Local services in Bristol Township

I bought a vape device, didn't even have it for 2 full days and it started giving me trouble, reading low battery at 25% and 54% and not working, it wouldn't lock for a period of a couple of hours. So I wanted to return it because it's a faulty device and should not be giving me trouble with in the first 48 hours after I purchased the device. I was told to hold onto my receipt, if you have any problems, we will return your device. Well, I was having problems with the device I paid $65.00 for, they would not give me a new device because there was no signs at the time I was trying to exchange the device it was bad. I would not have been trying to exchange a device that was working properly. So they don't stand behind their products and sell faulty devices. Don't go there if you want a good vape device. Find another vape shop in the area, there are plenty of them. I'm really disappointed with them, for not standing by their products and their word. So you guys just lost a loyal customer. I have been to many fog/vape shops in the area and even though I’ve been vaping for over 3 years I have a lot of questions. Most shops I go in they make me feel like I’m bothering them when I ask a question. I stopped in the Levittown shop when I was at another store in shopping center the employee was more then happy to help and answer all my questions without getting annoyed and I was just looking and getting information that day. Once I needed a new vape box I decided to go back to the Levittown modern fog store and the same employee was there and happy to help and answer all my almost same questions as before. He help me make a good decision on what vape mod and coils to get that would best fit my needs. I am very happy with the service I received and will return to that shop for all my vape needs.
